Orders placed may be despatched on the next working day where items are in stock and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

Orders may be made online using our online shopping cart. Browse our online store and add items to your cart. Once you are happy with your order you may follow the steps to complete payment.

We can also take orders by telephone, if you wish to order by phone please give us a call on (01761) 232 730.

How do I know that you have received my order?

After completing the checkout process a confirmation page will be displayed and an invoice will be sent to your registered email address. If for any reason you are unsure if your order has been received by us or you have not received a confirmation by email, then please give us a call asap to avoid delays with your order.

What payment methods can I use online?

Does UK Pump Supplies store my bank details?

Never. Your bank details do not pass through our servers. Payments are processed by a secure, third-party payment gateway provided by Worldpay.

Who should cheques be made payable to?

All cheques should be made payable to "UK Pump Supplies Limited."

Can I Add to an existing order?

Yes, as long the original order(s) have not been dispatched. If they have then a fresh carriage charge will apply to the additional items

When will I receive my order?

Your goods will arrive within 1-5 working days (Monday to Friday but exclusive of Bank Holidays) subject to successful credit card authorization.

I need my order delivered quickly. Are there any guaranteed next day delivery options available?

There are next day delivery options available (up unti 1pm GMT) at the checkout stage. Please note: these options are only available when all items in your basket are in stock.
