The availability, in effect, is the amount of time prior to dispatch.

Many products on our site are "ex-stock" which means we generally have the item in stock and can dispatch the order that day, providing you ordered before 3.30pm GMT. (If in doubt please call.) Some items, mostly the larger stuff, may be marked "1-2 day" or "2-3 days" which means it could take 1-2 days or 2-3 days respectively before items are dispatched. Some products are marked "Call for availability" in which case, give us a call to find out when the product will be available.

Availability does not take into account the time taken to deliver your order. For example, if you order an "ex-stock" product on next day delivery before 2pm it should arrive next day. If you order a "1-2 day" product on next day delivery it will arrive at the delivery address 3 days from placing the order.

If your order includes both "ex-stock" and "non-ex-stock" products it will be dispatched all in one consignment as soon as all the products in the order are available. Additional carriage charges will apply if you wish to split the consignment, please call us if you wish to do this.

Any returned items not listed as in-stock at time of purchase may be subject to a restocking charge. This charge shall be deducted from any refunds.
