How do I place an order?

Orders can be made online using our quick and easy online shopping basket.

We can also take orders by telephone or fax. Please send fax orders to 01761-233320 with contact details included and we will call you back regarding payment. Don't send card details by fax as we cannot guarantee its security.

How do I know that you have received my order?

After completing the checkout process a confirmation page will be displayed. If for any reason you are unsure if your order has been received, then give us a call on 01761-232730.

What payment methods can I use by fax?

If you have faxed your order then we will call you back, (providing you have left us valid contact information.) We will then be able to take your card details and complete the transaction. Alternatively you can send us a cheque.

Account customers will be invoiced net monthly.

Who should cheques be made payable to?

All cheques should be made payable to "UK Pump Supplies Limited."

Can I Add to an existing order?

Yes, as long the original order(s) have not been dispatched. If they have then a fresh carriage charge will apply to the additional items

When will I receive my order?

Your goods will arrive within 1-5 working days (Monday to Friday but exclusive of Bank Holidays) subject to successful credit card authorisation.

I need my order delivered quickly. Are there any guaranteed next day delivery options available?

There are next day delivery options available (up until 4pm ) at the checkout stage. Please note: these options are only available when all items in your basket are in stock.

Overseas delivery?

We deliver to mainland UK only.
